A Note On Our Warranties
All our products are made to order and may vary slightly in size, finish color, and may show the workmanship of handmade goods; we do not consider these elements to be defects and believe these nuances are what add to the authenticity of each item. If you require a close match to an item previously ordered or a replica of a fixture created, we’ll need a sample of the original product to use as a guide.
S.H. Studios limits of liability extend only to the repair or replacement of products manufactured by us. There will be no reimbursement for removal and/or reinstallation cost. Shipping and transportation fees for each item will be paid for by the customer, and any damage resulting from transport must be claimed against the shipping company. All items returned for repair must be packed carefully to avoid additional repair cost.
