Description
The LIzanne Wall Sconce has several distinctive parts that link it to the past. The back plate is not a cavity like most wall fixtures, but a single layer of carved metal. This difference immediately makes the Lizanne iron wall sconce look like it is an antique from another era. In the early part of the 20th century, most back plates, or canopies were only a single layer. Now, all wall mounted fixtures have canopies that have shallow boxes to make the electrical connection within.
